About the show: This one-woman theatrical tour de force explores the playwright's personal triumph of surviving breast cancer twice! Based on her award-winning memoir My One Night Stand with Cancer, the play combines humor, humanity and a 10k run to inspire audiences and make them laugh. The memoir is a 2006 winner of the Judy Grahn Award in Nonfiction, honoree of the America Library Association's Stonewall Book Award in Non Fiction, and a finalist for the 2006 Lambda Literary Award in Belle Lettres.
